The wearing of the school uniform is compulsory.

The school has a 'School Dress Standards' Policy.  Ayr State School dress standards assist in promoting a positive and proud image of the school within the community. Students are encouraged to uphold and enhance that image. Students going on an excursion need to be in full school uniform. If you are part of the 'P&C school classroom and Nutrition program', your child will receive one new school uniform shirt, a sports shirt (in colour of their sports house) and a hat.
